Re-usable sanitary pads are bound to be effective since normal menstruation on average is quantified as 10ml-15ml which is two to three table spoons spread over four to five days. No need to panic, use a reusable pad. #tiptuesday #reusablesanitarypads #menstrualhygiene

Endometriosis (en-doe-me-tree-O-sis) is an often painful disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus. #Endometriosis #selfcare #menstrual symptoms #painduringmenstruation

Endometriosis has no cure but a series of treatment to cure the symptoms of pain and infertility through hormonal treatment. Surgery can be used to remove areas of endometriosis tissue which can help improve symptoms. #endometriose #selfcare #menstruation #symptoms
