This is Fergus, our trainee brewer, removing spent grain from the mash tun. This byproduct of the brewing process serves a dual purpose, providing feed for our farm animals throughout the winter months or being added to our compost system for use in the brewery market garden.

On this chilly February day, the lavender outside the brewery shop is blanketed in frost 🥶. Looks like we might just need a beer to keep us warm in this weather! 🍻
