What a fantastic night! Always an honour to perform with our soloist, Jane Irwin. We loved playing such a variety of music and being able perform BRIDGES with the composer, Anna Appleby, in the audience was a privilege. The theatre was packed and our audience was in great voice.

Arutiunian was born in Armenia in 1920. He studied at a Music Conservatory from the age of 7. His trumpet concerto consists of seven continuous sections in a single movement. The melodic and rhythmic elements of Armenian folk music are clearly evident. trybooking.com/uk/events/land…
