Fab thread as always from Ali Booker ๐ some great tips and explanations about the bleep ๐

Glad to have arrived in Bristol for the Avon and Somerset Police Women in Leadership conference. Only been here 5 mins & already v. impressed. They know how to host an event down here!๐

Code-Zero Eastern Response DR PC_Angry PHD KC ๐บ๐ฆ ReasonableCop Absolutely this. There would need to be a crossover period and real buy in from forces. I do really believe as my friend Tom Gaymor ๐๏ธ always says โwhere thereโs a will thereโs a wayโ

Policing continues to fail its people when it comes to wellbeing and welfare. This should be about a people first vision that safeguards and underpins wellbeing, not a test but a commitment to ensuring welfare.

Great work here being done on wellbeing ๐จ Theyโre looking for participants from emergency/essential services to get involved! See โฌ๏ธ thread for details and get in contact at [email protected] if interested in supporting this grass roots charity in making a difference!

As someone who has disliked exercise since childhood, the anxiety linked to the #JRFT is always horrible. This time, I'm doing more to prepare. Just got to 6.8 in a random car park with a friend. Thank you #BleepKind and the others who offered me guidance and support.
