Last Saturday had a reduced set of cricket fixtures against Bromsgrove, with weather having an impact. House tennis was completed successfully and the athletes had a very successful outing at Bromsgrove. 🏃‍♀️ 🏏 🎾

The Girls' U13 Cricket tournament brought Dragon School Oxford, Swanbourne House and Winchester House Sch as an opportunity to play as much cricket as possible. Each team improved as the day went by with the final round of matches showcasing some outstanding cricket.

Our u15 girls tennis players have had a terrific season so far. They lead the LTA division 2 Oxfordshire group having beaten Tudor, SHSK and Oxford High. They now move to the next round. Well done to Nina B, Holly M, Fatima NC, Clemmie LC and Marcie S. 🎾

We also had successes in girls cricket this week, with the u14 out scoring Cokethorpe and the u15 beating Tudor Hall. 🏏

Well done to our senior boys cricketers who beat the Forty Club on Wednesday. T.Finlay top scoring with 77 not out. 🏏

A challenging tennis block with Bromsgrove, but there was some high quality tennis in show with tight games. Particular well done to the U15B who won well. 🎾

The cricket fixture against MCS is always a testing one, the three U14 games were really well contested. With the U14C winning well. 🏏

Lots of successes for the athletes at Winchester. Henry M won the shot, Dom C the long jump, Junior D ran a PB, Sammy H was 3rd in the 300m. Kitty M was 4th in a fast 300m. A productive day! 🏃‍♂️

Well done to Tom, Joel and Oscar in their final Oxfordshire U17 hockey games. 🏑

Well done to Josh M who captained Oxfordshire U17 rugby team to a 40-5 win over Berkshire. Josh scored a try in the process. 🏉

❤️It was a privilege for our Women’s 1st XI to be involved in the Bloxham School Sport Founderstide Festival at the weekend! Incredibly strong performances by all, and great to see some familiar faces back in BCC colours! A great first step back to 11 a side cricket, with more to come!

We finished our fixtures for the academic year today, with three cricket losses and a win for Exham at MCS. That completes a record 740 fixtures, with just the Woodard cricket festival to come. 🏏
