Considering their recent attempts to get people to remember Armada, I’m actually shocked that Hasbro isn’t fast tracking a TF anime at all. That’s the it thing (again), make a Quintesson Trilogy with wacky toy gimmicks & kid sidekicks, just do it for the love of skrud, Hasbro.

I stand by Nightshade was a whittled down Melan Blue, but if they did reappear, put the Melan Blue back in and make them Transform into the Griffon guy from Gargoyles and you’re golden. The coolness factor was lacking…

I don’t think it’s for lack of trying going by the Terrans & Energy Beasts, BUT ES was still hampered by the Aligned & IDW style backstory & writing people weren’t crazy about the first time around. “Stop trying to make fetch happen, Gretchen!”

Yeah, it makes more sense the Autobots are miners under the Sentinel, but by making Megatron “heroic” you’ve lost the plot. His whole role in the film is a burnt out millennial throwing a temper tantrum. This happened in Prime too, but he was at least already evil when doing it.

People really be like “you say you want original ideas and not sequels and you didn’t even go watch an original idea that looked dumb and had horrible advertisements!”

I have mixed views on ES Op. I generally prefer this over the Evergreen design, but his maskless face is off putting. So naturally in my own ES musings, I just had Prime & Megs (now Galvatron) get upgraded by the Cyber Sleeves so I don’t have to draw his mug.

I had a funny thought that with Bandai pushing Iliad more, retroactively Savers & Xros Wars could retroactively take place in DigiWorld Iliad. And while King Drasil is in Savers, Time Stranger, baring further context, does say Iliad also has a World Tree. #Digimon

It’s this kinda pathetic temper tantrum that doesn’t endear me in being sympathetic whatsoever to this so called plight. Transformers is in its current transition phase just like G2 to Beast Wars. It’ll be fine, we just need time.

A lot of people on this site aren't mature enough to accept that some shows really were broken from early on due to executive meddling, all because their biases overpower their rationality.
