It’s almost 3 years since we bottled our first batch of #Oloroso #Sherry from Bodegas Barón and at the time, we thought it wouldn’t be too long before we would be taking their casks and filling them with spirit from our stills. Guess we just keep sipping Sherry for now. #wine
