Dr. Richard Kabanda, Dr. Richard Kabanda: Luwero is our 2nd district under World Bank where we are passing out CHEWs. As of today, the CHEWs program is scaled up to 30 districts. To date, a total of 4016 CHEWs have been trained and are deployed. #MOHatWork

Best foods to eat during pregnancy. 1. Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower 2 Folate rich foods - avocado, spinach, sukuma 3. Legumes- beans, peas 4. Organic Eggs 5. Fish 6. Pumpkin & chia seeds 7. Orange foods -pumpkin, sweet potatoes, carrots 8. Berries and olives/olive oil
