Considering I didnโ€™t run past 20m in any efforts, Iโ€™m pleased to see the total distance was a 5k. We play at full speed so our work needs to translate to the game โœ… It is totally a lot of walking between sets/reps but the effort put in the ground is much closer to strength

Good Morning โ˜€๏ธ This workout everyone can do! โ€ข Measure out 40-60(yards or meters) โ€ข Solid warm up(dynamic stuff) โ€ข Run the distance hard but not all out. โ€ข Rest 15-20 seconds and repeat. Complete 4 reps, then rest 3-4 minutes before your next set, aim for 4-6 total sets!

Now 10 weeks straight of running a half marathon on the weekend. Todayโ€™s was 1:38 and kept the pace just under 7:30. Conversation the whole run so the work is starting to pay off. Big running group today and rain so it made it much easier
