We applied a multi-omics strategy to interrogate early gene regulatory events following the expression of the PML-RARA oncogene that drives acute promyelocytic leukaemia. PML-RARA binds thousands of regulatory elements across the genome.

Delighted to share our paper published today Nature Communications nature.com/articles/s4146… We identified 61 loci for the spatial QRS-T angle, a vectorcardiographic measure associated with cardiac morbidity and SCD. Candidate genes with roles in cardiomyopathies and arterial development.
