This is still subject to change, but here's where I'm at right now: Last 4 Byes: Utah State, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Vanderbilt Last 4 In: West Virginia, San Diego State, Indiana, Boise State First 4 Out: Xavier, Texas, North Carolina, UC Irvine

So after all that, VCU, UC San Diego and Drake all win their conference tourneys. Would any have received an at-large bid? I guess we’ll never know.

What did we learn from selection today? Regardless of who you beat, having strong resume metrics is most important (UNC/X). Don’t have strong metrics (Texas)? You need an abundance of Q1 W’s. If you have a major injury (WVU), you are judged by how you play w/out that player.

So what did you think of the selection committee's decisions, especially including North Carolina? Brad Wachtel wasn't a fan. He goes all in at Hoops HQ Hoops HQ hoopshq.com/betting-picks/…

After tonight’s win over San Diego State, North Carolina improves to a perfect 9-0 against Q2 opponents, but remains 1-12 vs Q1.

Willard to Nova is a major coup for the Big East. There are no rebuilds at the high major level anymore. The portal/NIL era provides the opportunity to win right away and that had to of played a role in Willard’s decision.

Regulations? Contracts? Pay for play is a really good thing. Allowing players to transfer every year with no repercussions is laughable and is not good for college basketball. Who’s in charge?
