5.2 The Data Prioritization project aims to improve #neurotrauma data collection and integration in #ON. A diverse group of stakeholders identified and developed quality of care #indicators, addressed gaps in data collection, and mapped indicators onto the Ideal Pathways. #NCP

5.3 67 data indicators were identified. 42 were designated as ā€˜must-have’ indicators. 22 ā€˜must-haves’ were selected as a core set (1 Pre-Acute, 7 Acute, 4 Rehab, 7 Community, and 3 Critical Considerations). #NCP

6.2 The Ideal Pathways Project developed evidence- and experience-based care pathways for mild-TBI/#concussion, Mod-Sev #TBI, and traumatic #SCI. The Pathways are comprehensive of neurotrauma care necessities, need for re-access, caregiver burden, and individualized care. #NCP
