Yes! This is a big problem with federalized programs. No one is covered by "Medicaid". They have "SoonerCare" or "Denali Care" or "HuskyHealth".

What I find peculiar about this #NJbudget is it doesn't fit the mold of an election year budget. It doesn't solve current NJ issues, it doesn't improve healthcare, housing or education...adding to the challenges from the feds. It makes no political, let alone technical, sense.
