For her 1951 exhibition 'Black Eyes and Lemonade' Whitechapel Gallery Barbara Jones curated a section on the Decoration of Food with a 'glass topped tin with a selection of fancy biscuits inside', which she contacted manufacturers Huntley & Palmer for. BJO/1/3/35 #NationalBiscuitDay
