Great start to the morning finding my Gig Rights Project article with Nick Martindale and BrendanBurchell '"What do platform workers in the UK gig economy want?" has been accepted by @BJIR_Editor. Watch this space...

Remember the UK's four-day pilot? Tomorrow, a year since those results, we will publish a follow-up: How have those orgs fared since their new working practice + what do they have to say about the four-day week?👀 w/ @julietschor.bsky.social David Frayne BrendanBurchell + others!

@MaryMcG43619484 Interesting. One for BrendanBurchell who has been leading the research on this subject.

Moving to a 32-hour workweek with no loss in pay is not radical. What's radical is that over $50 trillion in wealth has been redistributed from the bottom 90% to the top 1% over the past 50 years. It's time that the financial gains from new technology benefit workers, not the 1%.

Thank you Sarah Jaffe for this amazing piece on the labor movement's generation-defining fight for the 4-day, 32-hour week! Ft. our amazing Advisory Council member, @julietschor.bsky.social too :)

Good to see this endorsement from the Welsh Government’s working group. The Petitions Committee committee backed a public sector trial following our inquiry into a Four Day Week Cymru. I look forward to seeing how WG responds and implements the recommendations. deeside.com/welsh-governme…
