Tajbakhsh lab Our work investigates the dynamics of muscle stem cells in DMD pathology. We demonstrate stem cell migration impairment (fibre dependent) and premature differentiation driven by unbalanced symmetric divisions (fibre independent, regulated by Pi3K/Akt and p38)🎥💪🐭
