Rehabilitation potential is simply an excuse to reject someone's access to rehabilitation. True? I have looked at David Oliver's (David Oliver (also on Blue Sky)) piece and find his hypothesis correct; rehabilitation potential cannot be measured. doi.org/10.1177/026921…
