The weekend before last we had the pleasure of pouring Brettfest in Amsterdam. It's an amazing thing to have such a concentration of brewers, researchers and lovers of alternative fermentation in one place. It’s been a dream of ours to pour our beers at this unique festival.

It was 1 of those fortuitous days when the stars aligned, full sun beaming☀️& a quick stop Oedipus Brewing taproom on the north side of Amsterdam visiting the Brettfest Homebrewers & Fermenters Market. We picked up our tasting glass & headed by pure luck to the 1st table 1/3

Next weekend is Brettfest, and we'll be making the annual pilgrimage, this year following the goat to Utrecht, to share our weirdest and wildest creations. We'll be sharing Wild Ferm SV ciders, co-fermentations, and the wildest fruity bevs yet! See you there 🍏🍎🐐
