Congratulations to Jessica Kelliher on being awarded an ACS postdoctoral fellowship! Dr. Kelliher's mentor is Dr. Brian Koss, and her research project aims to exploit DNA repair in cell therapy for solid tumors.

Most people I talk to in academia agree budget cuts facing science funding from both the executive branch & parts of congress pose a potentially existential threat to the U.S. research enterprise. But I haven’t heard any vision for countering that threat. 1/7
