Preprint deposited. We (meaning mainly Matt Swiatnicki) showed PTPRH normally dephosphorylates EGFR and a mutant version allows for elevated EGFR phosphorylation. As a result, lung cancer that is EGFR wild type but PTPRH mutant responded to EGFR TKIs. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
