This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell. This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

I am seeing many people taking pleasure in the abolition of NHS England without any regard for how this announcement will affect its staff. Yes, it may lead to efficiency savings. But there are also workers undertaking essential roles who will now be anxious about their future.

She wants to cut the cost of government by sacking civil servants. How about cutting the cost of parliament. Over £100 million for the House of Lords! #BBCLauraK

The Scottish Government has repeatedly said it wants to move resource from acute to primary care and repeatedly (and still) does the opposite. Let's hope this is the start of real change.

🧵1/ Coming to this a bit late, but has anyone else noticed that when a Native, White, Knight of the Realm & Orangeman, (and his wife) were charged with a catalogue of sexual offences against children spanning a period of 21 years that no-one rioted or set fire to anything?

I am very surprised that non-GPs are being appointed as programme directors and educational supervisors on NHS GP Training Programmes. Although other professional groups can be involved in GP training, leadership roles should always be held by GPs. pulsetoday.co.uk/news/education…

Nigel Farage got £750,000 from Coutts as compensation for nothing. Even worse Coutts is owned by NatWest which is 39% owned by you. So YOU paid Nigel Farage £292,750, for whining because he didn't have enough money for an account. RT if he needs to repay every penny.
