Reception are learning about the life cycle of a butterfly. We watched the caterpillars transform into their chrysalis before emerging into beautiful butterflies. They eat fruit and sugar water to help them thrive. When they are strong enough we will release them. EYFS@DRET 🐛🦋

Year 3 explored transpiration during science this week. We saw this firsthand by putting celery in water mixed with food colouring!

The Dentist visited to teach Reception about good dental hygiene. We've learnt what foods and drinks are good or bad for our teeth and how we can take care of them. EYFS@DRET
