I have reason to believe that FedEx is trying to steal my identity. I am in a foreign country and they are withholding a package containing my wallet with my ID, bank cards, cc cards, heath information etc. my wallet fell out on the plane and was overnighted to me here

I have been trying to get my wallet since earlier this week and FedEx Melbourne location continues to lie and lie and lie and say they don’t have my contact information. I’ve given it to them over 25 times and I have them read it back to me to confirm that they actually have it

I am getting the US government involved at this point because FedEx Melbourne location flat out lying that they don’t have a way to contact me. I now believe they are trying to steal my identity while I’m in a foreign country and FedEx main office is doing nothing to help me.

This is causing extreme distress and put me in a very dangerous situation while traveling in a foreign country I don’t have access to any of my health information, my identification or money, because my bank cards and credit cards are all in my wallet. FedEx

My wallet fell out on a plane in the United States and the airline overnighted it to Melbourne, so it would be here for me, and I would be OK while traveling now I am stranded all because of FedEx

This is literally the same BS response I get from FedEx they keep telling me to call the Aus location I have already spent hundreds & hundreds of dollars the last few days on cell phone bills calling them &going through this entire process repeatedly it’s just a giant circle!!!

So FedEx FINALLY contacted me, they asked me to pay them $360 to release my wallet. They happily took my money but they STILL refuse to do their job!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!! THEY HAVE CAUSED ME EXTREME DISTRESS & CONTINUE TO LIE! I AM IN A FOREIGN FUCKING COUNTRY!

FINALLY FedEx did the right thing. It really took me contacting U.S. Consulate General Melbourne for FedEx to finally start communicating with me. I will be sharing more on this experience later This was a horrifying experience that I hope no one ever has to deal with from #fedex aka #fraudex
