The first "proper" leaves of the Greater Water Parsnip! GWPs are aquatic plants, despite growing 2m tall. The seeds germinate underwater so GWPs first leaves are adapted to life in water and look very different to the leaves it grows later above the water. Water,Mills&Marshes Norfolk Wildlife Trust
