Last week for our first city as classroom day, we took 30 freshman to SWEAT DC, a black owned strength training gym to experience a group fitness class and learn about the careers that are available within the fitness industry. They even got a chance to get on the mic!

I had the to privledge to present at the NABSE_org. Our session was entitled “Slow to speak, Quick to listen” focusing on reflective practices. This conference included so many great black male leaders and I’m truly grateful everyday to be in a position to learn. #NABSE2024
