The 2024 BYU Law Review Symposium titled "Who Governs Debt's Dominion?" celebrated the contributions of Professor David Skeel @ Penn to bankruptcy law and scholarship, employing his work as a lens for considering bankruptcy professionals and their role in bankruptcy proceedings.

The two-day conference included presentations from leading bankruptcy law scholars and experts, and concluded with a panel discussion featuring Professor Skeel on "The Next Frontier of Bankruptcy Professionals."
