Sad to be packing up our library as fond memories of book talks, fevered recommendations, pleas for the next in the series, etc. However, also super excited to move our beautiful stock to our new palatial three story height library in the heart of our new building.

Super proud to have been awarded the Eco Schools Green Flag with Merit! Brook Mead Academy . Scholars have worked so hard and learnt new skills. Looking forward to taking on the challenge next year in our new building.

Thank you to Kathleen and your team at DMU for inviting our scholars to attend an event looking at the UN Sustainability goals. Scholars enjoyed all the activities, ideas for a sustainable school, working on the goal that meant the most to them and making a wallet from a carton.

Goodbye to Brook Mead MAIN and UPPER. TeamBMA has not only risen to every challenge but in that time secured an OUTSTANDING Ofsted judgement and have secured attendance above national average. Here’s to being reunited in our new building in September
