Delighted to share my latest PhD publication. Using repeated dietary data from the UK Whitehall II cohort, we developed 10-year trajectories of UPF intake. Special thanks to supervisors Annie Britton Clare Llewellyn & Michail Katsoulis doi.org/10.1186/s12937…

Over 16-19 years of follow-up, sustained high UPF intake was associated with increased risks of non-fatal CVD and CHD but not with CVD-specific, CHD-specific, or all-cause mortality. Special thanks to amazing co-authors Samuel Dicken Adrian Brown PhD RD TasnimeAkbaraly & Jiahao Liu
