Wanna be a better listener? Here’s a simple exercise to build that muscle: 1. Ask someone a question 2. Paraphrase their response back to them 3. Invite them to correct or complete the picture This exercises hearing the spoken and the unspoken. Rinse and repeat. 🙌🏻
