Symptomatic acute SFA occlusion. Thrombus aspirated percutaneously with #Penumbra cat7, revealed what appeared to be chronic dissection (immobile flap, no traumatic wire or device passage). Treated with DCB. Will follow closely with duplex surveillance. #VascularSurgery
