At Tuesday's Full Council I asked Council Labour Leader if he'd be lobby the Labour Government to reverse the Winter Fuel Payment cut. He refused. As a member of the scrutiny committee that would have heard this call in, I think this is outrageous and utterly undemocratic. The were concerns that the plans had specific impacts on carers and users that hadn't been addressed. We should have had the chance to hear this
