I have no idea. But what I *do* know is that so long as there are nurses counselling patients after breast cancer surgery, there will ALWAYS be this particularly tosh phenomenon in medicine.

It’s fascinating that there’s someone out there giving a volatile anaesthetic (at any dose) alongside a dose of propofol that is FULLY adequate for TIVA. 90mcg/kg/min is a maintenance dose for most adults >50yrs, certainly. 140mcg/kg/min is excessive even for TIVA.
