On this day in 1939.... The 'Animal Husbandry Building', completed in 1925 was renamed in honor of Charles Sumner Plumb, professor of animal husbandry at OSU from 1902-1939. Plumb Hall is located at 2027 Coffey Road, however, you will no longer find cows grazing nearby. 🐄

It’s our 60th anniversary this year! Here's a favorite artifact: To pay for construction of Ohio Stadium, OSU launched its first fund-raising campaign in 1919. Donors filled these cards with the amount they wanted to contribute. The cards were later used as an alumni database.
