In his remarks, His Lordship Justice Opyere thanked the Prime Minister for the warm welcome and commended the Kingdom for its developmental role and efforts in resolving community disputes through its structures.

He further disclosed plans to construct the Court of Appeal in Hoima City. The new facility will host up to seven resident Justices, significantly boosting the capacity to handle the increasing number of cases in the region.

The silver jubilee Mass was led by Rev. Fr. Paul Bigirwa Atwooki himself, marking 25 years of dedicated service in the priesthood. He currently serves as the Parish Priest of St. Cyprian and the Diocesan Parish Coordinator for Hoima Catholic Diocese.

In his remarks, the Bunyoro‑Kitara Kingdom Premier, Owek. Andrew Byakutaga Ateenyi, congratulated Rev. Fr. Paul Bigirwa upon this remarkable milestone, applauding him for his exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to the spiritual and moral growth of the community.
