I am excited our @ACEmaternity study paper is published. Our survey of antenatal educators identifies that we don't adequately prepare women for labour and birth, and there are disparities in access. Standardisation is needed. link.springer.com/article/10.100…

I think current National Institute for Health and Care Research training structures are made for 5-to-6 year training programmes, not 7-to-8 (esp where the training is top-heavy, as in paeds/O&G SST). Hard to navigate post-PhD in my experience.
