A long day but a really rewarding day in Meekatharra for the Burringurrah kids to play their first footy game of the season if not their lives. Great participation by all the parents and Teacher’s who came along. #FB

Upper Gascoyne shire has closed most of the roads in the district due to rain so please refer to their website for updates. The Mt Augustus to Meekatharra boundary road was reopened this morning however. Be safe and remember, heavy fines apply if you drive on closed roads. #FB

Burringurrah Community had a visit from Outback Truckers today who were filming a new episode. They collected over 100 engine blocks and helped shuffle some old car bodies around and clean up the townsite. A great service to our small community. #fb #outbacktruckers
