The Chinese delegation from China Agricultural University, led by Prof. Li paid a courtesy call on Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga to strengthen Uganda–China as part of the delegation’s four-day working visit to Ugand.

In a significant step toward empowering young African entrepreneurs, China Agricultural University (CAU), in partnership with Tencent Holdings, held a graduation ceremony at the Serena Hotel in Zanzibar for 20 youth participants from Uganda (Busoga) and Zanzibar, Tanzania.

In a strong show of support for agricultural development in Uganda, Sunbelt Industries Ltd based in Namanve donated 120 Tarpaulin to Busoga Consortium for Development Official to support post-harvest handling in selected Village Agriculture Model (VAM) villages.

Today, soya farmers in Busana Model Village in Kamuli District have received Tarpaulins to support the harvesting season and value addition . The function was presided over by the Director General Busoga Consortium Mula Anthony .
