Fantastic to host the SCF Roadshow last night. It was enjoyed by all of those who attended, and gave everyone a bit of a much needed Cricket fix on a cold November evening!

The 2025 BPCC senior cricket season starts this afternoon! Here are our teams to take on Haywards Heath and Newick in Pre Season Friendies! 🏏 🦌 ☀️

The BPCC season properly started on Wednesday, as the u15s hosted touring side, Cheshunt Rosedale at the Park. A first BPCC 50 for Isaac Smith, and a maiden career 5fer for Zach M-C were the highlights!

Great to have the Uckfield College PE Department cricket teams back at the Park this Summer! Even better to see them starting with a big win, and lots of BPCC juniors in the side! 🦌

So good to be back at the Real MCG 🥰 Village cricket is back. Umpiring for me to start off the season, but it's great being back here with my Buxted Park CC 4ths team. And it doesn't get better than a sunny afternoon at Maresfield, and knowing that Dad is watching down on us 🥰

Crowborough is the venue for Buxted Park CC 4ths this week. The weather is very Crowborough up here 😀 No sun lotion needed whilst umpiring today 😀 Had the best seat in the house though to watch Ollie Turner scoring a brilliant maiden century 😀

Today, for the 1st time in over a year, I got to play in a cricket match again. Unfortunately our Buxted Park CC 4ths team just lost what was a tight and good game, but it was so so good being out there playing again. Loved every minute of it 🥰 Keep smiling 😃

Last week, we were presented a cheque for £12,000 from the Wealden District Council. 💴 This money will be spent on creating 3 hybrid wickets, two at Buxted Park, and one at our second ground, Maresfield. Thank you to Councillor Williams for coming down for the Presentation.

So good to be back playing cricket at Maresfield today. Sadly for our Buxted Park CC 4ths team, it wasn't our day, and we were well beaten by 8 wickets. Still loved every minute of it. I'm sure Dad would have had plenty to say from up there 😃 Keep smiling and loving all you do 😃

Lovely afternoon in the sunshine with Buxted Park CC 4ths over at Victoria Rec in Uckfield 🌞😎 Sadly not playing as strained my calf whilst fielding last week. Supporting the team whilst they field, then umpiring later. Nice to see Mum too as she walked over for a bit 🥰😎

What a win for Buxted Park CC 4ths up at Uckfield. Excellent bowling and fielding to restrict them to 211. Won by 7wkts with 3 overs to spare. 172* partnership between Nick and Isaac. Also 1st senior 50 for Isaac. I had the best seat in the house umpiring.

With the 4ths game cancelled today due to the oppo conceding, I had an afternoon in Eastbourne with Bev, then as Buxted Park CC 1sts were playing at Saffrons I popped over to watch them. Great to get to see the guys playing and support them for a bit. Lovely afternoon 🥰
