Charter 4 Change Working Group Uganda held a fruitful meeting with Head of INGO signatory committee members at Oxfam in Uganda office We reflected on; state of play and roadmap pledges. #Progress, 7 INGOs pledged financial, technical and Inkind support with 2/7 pledges confirmed ✅ already!
