With the afternoon sessions now underway, we’re catching up with Professor Vicky Karkou from Edge Hill University about her seminar #CANDDIDConf25 Vicky explains that her work is largely about “creating opportunities for mental health services to link with community organisations”.





Our final sessions of the day have just started and first to the stage is Dr Ewelina Rydzewska-Fazekas, Lecturer in Health Futures and Programme Co-Ordinator at The University of Edinburgh. Dr Ewelina is discussing avoidable morality and health inequalities in autistic people #CANDDIDConf25
