CAPE After School Program students create seeds of health. Cultivating a garden is a long term project, and the CAPE Garden Club at North-Grand High School has been growing seedlings indoors, transplanting them into the garden, then planning for the next season.

We stopped by Penny Shultz’s 4th grade class at Murphy Elementary, where students are studying types of Native American housing with teaching artist Margy Stover. Students will then work on their housing models and test them in extreme conditions. #ArtEducation #ChicagoArtists

Finger knitting & fuzzy leaves have kept the Leman Middle School Fiber Art Class and Turner Elementary 4th and 5th grade CAPE students busy this November. Together the finished fiber leaves create a thankfulness branch. #WestChicago #WeGo #ArtsEducation
