CCA commends the Supreme Court for upholding USF today. This vital program means our members will be able to continue their work providing broadband connectivity throughout the country with confidence, ensuring all Americans can benefit from the goal of ubiquitous connectivity.

We thank Congress for reinstating the FCC’s spectrum auction authority. This long overdue action will help meet consumer demand, remove obstacles to U.S. global leadership, and is key to closing the digital divide for rural America.
