instagram.com/stories/anne_i… We started in 2018, opened in early 2020, closed after 5 days - an empty museum. I remember horses, white dogs, burning flowers, fighting with ChatGPT and collective stupidity. My dog Darcy was alive. Thank you Anne, Joie and all in the Studio.

I will not say his name, he would not have wanted. He was a gentleman, the finest collector, a true friend. His absence cannot be filled in our vulgar world of narcissists. I salute with great sadness this solitary, sensitive, and deep man.

I am sorry for the loss of Kaspar Koenig and pay condolences to his family. He was intuitive, curious, open. I thank him for the opportunity he gave me. Without his support I would never have been entrusted with documenta. ccb

With age, i forget the definition of art but it is interesting to think about Dyonisus and the things humans make with leaves, grapes, the shapes of content and the content of shapes. A lively senselessness in the twilight.

Installing Odio (Hate) with artist Gilberto Zorio in Paris. Made hammering a cannabis rope into a heavy lead ingot in 1969 in the shape of the word ODIO and then hanging it with its rope. Conceptual and physical at once. The vegetal (rope) is stronger than the metal (lead)!

Doctor Zhivago wishes you a very happy New Year 2025, less social media and more cuddles to brain-damaged humans. This is a homage to Zeno and Diogenes.

Zoran Music painted the essence of being human, barely alive, between earth and earth again, briefly, just able to breathe. It is the essence of painting, too. He drew in Dachau in 1945, and painted in 1970-71. He called it "We are not the last". Let us change the dataset.

*In Illo uno, unum* - 'In The 1, there is 1.' Mathematics, theology, ethics. Leo Magnus was Pope from 440 to 461 - in times of great change, what did he say to Attila? 'For a disarmed peace and a disarming peace' - *Saluto te Papam Leonem XIV*

I am very very sad at the news of Koyo Kouoh' s passing. She was a wonderful and decicated person who believed in joy. A wonderful help for dOCUMENTA (13) and very intelligent. It is a sad day today for the art world.
