Our guys were putting in work yesterday inside! We had hitters doing short bat depth ladder, overload/underload offset rotation, FB/CB BP w/ HBP practice (smashfactor balls), healthy velo throws, Everdays in the trophy room, wall ball, sprints, & pens, all in a tiny area.
