The CED General Meeting came to a close this afternoon after an intensive day of discussions, Board elections, and adoption of CED positions in relation to corporate dentistry, #medicaldevices. #CEDGM 🦷

The CED Working Group Dental Materials and Medical Devices had its first meeting of the year today, 27 January. The members held a productive discussion on topics such as #MDR from the perspective of the dental profession. 🦷🇪🇺

The CED Working Group Patient Safety, Infection Control and Waste Management held its first meeting of 2025 today. The members discussed priority topics such as disinfection and sterilization of dental instruments. 🦷🇪🇺

The CED Working Group eHealth had its first meeting of the year on 27 February. Under the chairmanship of Dr Peter Kukolik,the members held a productive discussion on topics such as AI in dentistry and future developments in eHealth of relevance to the dental profession.

The CED Board Task Force Internal Market held its first meeting for this year, focusing on important issues, such as corporate dentistry and workforce challenges for the profession.

The #CEDBoard concluded its March meeting in Brussels today, preparing for the #GM in Gdansk. Discussions gravitated around outreach activities, harmonized curriculums and skills, cybersecurity, medical devices, risk-factors and prevention🦷

The CED Working Group Dental Materials and Medical Devices held its second meeting for the year in an online format yesterday, 17 March. The members worked on priority topics for dentistry such as the Medical Devices Regulation.
