Desperately sad news to hear of Capt Rod Leonard’s passing this morning. A true inspiration to hundreds of Army Cadets UK - especially in the NW @NorthWestRFCA @ColCadetsHQNW North West CTT IoM Army Cadet Force - over the years in cadet shooting. Rod lived on the Isle of Man.KWC CCF

Just a top evening Royal Military Academy Sandhurst at the 42nd anniversary reunion of 1Pl Alamein Coy, SMC 19. Brilliant that His Majesty The King of Malaysia joined us for dinner. BRILLIANT to be part of the Merseyside Veterans “Thin Red Line”. At lunch today we hosted the Gurkha recruits from from Royal Signals. A stunning presentation and display & lunch which resulted in a c£1000 donation to the QGSIGNALS welfare trust. For CO 22nd Signal Regiment - just superb; TY.
