A new Ecosystem Science study has used AI to count a gathering, or rather a flamboyance, of 532,197 flamingos in Botswana 🦩 The research highlights how AI can improve the method of animal counts and the importance of the Makgadikgadi Pans as a flamingo habitat. unsw.edu.au/newsroom/news/…
