Today, members of the Chicago Fire Department attended the annual Fire Apparatus Parade at the Camp I Am Me Summer Camp.  Since 1991, Camp I Am Me’s program has been a special one-week camp experience for children and teenagers who have experienced injuries from burns.

Chicago will be experiencing extreme heat over the next 3 to 4 days. Please check on our vulnerable family members and Seniors. Spend part of the day in an air-conditioned space & stay hydrated. Let's look after each other and remain safe.

CFD Office of Fire Investigation reports an additional victim from the 3-11 fire on Chicago avenue has been located in the structure. CFD thanks the Cook County Sheriff for the services of a K9 trained for such searches. (Langford)
