Year 2 had Mexico Day on Wednesday. We dressed up for the theme and danced to Mexican music. We also made maracas, had some Mexican snacks and smashed a piñata! 🇲🇽🌮🎵

Y6 thoroughly enjoyed playing in the LEPP football tournament this week...each group was placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and did extremely well playing as part of the team. We are incredibly proud of them all! 🌟⚽🏆

The children in Year 2 received a letter from Flat Stanley last week. They used their drama session to formulate possible questions and answers that they can use when writing back to Stanley. 📨

Year One have had a lovely morning at the farm at Temple Newsam. They saw lots of animals and learnt the makaton for each animal. They are very excited for the workshop this afternoon!

Year One are having so much fun learning about the Victorians! They dressed up as Prince Albert and Victoria and their friends, Emily and Hugo who lived at Temple Newsam. They created their own silver service and imagined they were servants!

Our wonderful choir entertained the local residents of Cross Gates this afternoon! We had a blast!

Year 3 have had an energetic morning playing some UV Dodgeball 🏐
