CICA's online application service is closed from 17.00 on 28 March 2024 to 10.00 on 2 April 2024 due to essential maintenance over the public holidays. Our phone service closes at the earlier time of 15:00 on 28 March and reopens as normal on 2 April. Sorry for any inconvenience.
